Every adventure is a chance to learn something new, inspire positive change, and leave the places we visit a little better than we found them.

Our Story
More Than Just Dive Trips
Dive Baddies was born in 2024, after a group of women met while volunteering at a sea turtle clinic in the Maldives, and decided that saying goodbye is simply not an option.
What started as a way to stay in touch and plan future dive trips together has grown into a global community of women who connect through their love for the Ocean and commitment to protect it.
Today, our WhatsApp Community is where it all happens. Every trip has its own group chat for planning and sharing the hype, while our main group chat - The Loop - keeps us connected between adventures - swapping dive stories, sharing positive ocean news, and occasionally asking way too many hair-care questions ;)

Our love for the Ocean comes with a responsibility to protect it. Many of us have backgrounds in marine biology, conservation, or work directly in the field, bringing knowledge, experience, and a whole lot of passion into our community.
That’s why every Dive Baddies adventure includes opportunities to learn, get inspired and give back. From marine conservation courses to underwater cleanups, surveys, and other citizen science projects, we turn our passion for diving into meaningful action.
And our commitment doesn’t end when the trip does. Between adventures, stay in The Loop and never miss a chance to get involved! We keep learning and making a difference through ocean-focused webinars, fundraisers, and community initiatives.
With Dive Baddies it isn’t about signing up for someone else’s itinerary. We’re a collective, where everyone gets a voice in shaping our adventures. We choose destinations together, vote on dates and activities, and turn our personal wishlists into actual travel plans. Share your ideas in The Loop - let's plan the next epic adventure together!
We’re a community travel collective, not a licensed tour operator. Our trips are organized on a non-profit, shared-cost basis for our community members, keeping things accessible, affordable, and focused on what actually matters: incredible diving, meaningful connections, and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
Because at the end of the day, diving is cheaper than therapy and waaaay more fun than working ;)
